Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned BARMASO retail store
- Lead and motivate sales staff to meet daily and monthly targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge among staff
- Handle inventory management, stock counts, and product displays
- Report store performance, issues, and customer feedback to management
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in retail store management or supervision
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-facing attitude
- Basic computer literacy
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right products
- Demonstrate product features — screen protectors, cases, chargers, cables, audio, and more
- Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Meet individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- No experience required — we'll train you
- Friendly, energetic, and willing to learn
- Interest in mobile accessories and technology
- Able to work in shifts and on weekends
Responsibilities
- Contact wholesale customers and retail shop owners by phone to sell BARMASO products
- Build and maintain relationships with existing wholesale accounts
- Follow up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules
- Introduce new products and promotions to wholesale customers
- Track sales calls, orders, and customer feedback in daily reports
Requirements
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in telesales or phone-based customer service is a plus
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
- Basic computer literacy for order tracking
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops and stores physically to pitch and sell BARMASO products
- Build new wholesale accounts by identifying and approaching potential shop owners
- Maintain relationships with existing wholesale customers through regular visits
- Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and demand insights from the field
- Coordinate with the office team on orders, stock availability, and delivery
Requirements
- Comfortable with daily fieldwork — traveling store to store
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in field sales, distribution, or FMCG is a plus
- Own motorbike preferred
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for store deliveries and wholesale shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams on order fulfillment
Requirements

- Physically fit and able to handle stock
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
